"The heart must be in it.."

Hanna

Why did you choose Coaching?

I thought I needed guidance in my work life and what I should do "when I grow up"; but it became something else. Without this journey I would never have reached this place of clarity as we have reached now. From this place I have landed I will move forward; but I feel I should stay here and rest in my new insights for awhile.

How has the Coaching period been?

VERY cool to share thoughts and insights out loud with someone who can look through the mud, give feedback, challenges and ask questions that makes me see everything from new perspectives and in a new light.

What is the most important you have learned?

To breathe. Here and now. To calm the brain. The heart must be involved. One step at the time.

Goals and plans; what was achieved and what was not?

- I am down to 80% work.

- My goals for what I should become "when I grow up" is still a question mark and that is alright. I am to concentrate much more on the here and now. The Coaching showed me the path forward to another way of being. I want to concentrate on self confidence and feeling myself. Here I want to stay awhile to set down my roots before I decide to move forward.

- Children book number 1 is ready! Children book number 2 is on the way and will be completed soon. Not for the sake of any publisher - but for the sake of ME!

What have you learned about yourself?

Through the Coaching I have had a small angel on my shoulder (hey hey Mads) that I can discuss with in different situations. I learned that I must let the brain burn a little less - in order for the heart to burn even more. What an insight!

What is the most important change that has happened to you?

Many different things in different ways;
- Wonderful question marks if I really want to write childrens books - I still wonder!

- Insight; the brain versus the heart.

- Insight that I have worked for a long time to get praise to be good and clever for others to see. But that it is most important how I appreciate what I do myself.

How could the Coaching become better?

I would really appreciate if the Coaching could be face to face every time. Wonderful with all the homework and exercises. More more more!! A wonderful way of being forced to take a stand.

Would you like to be coached again?

I would SO love to be coached again. Then it would be on my own inner world and on better understanding of myself.

Anything else you need to say?

A thousand thanks for the journey, Mads. It has given me so much energy and so many new good thoughts. I have spread our wonderful term "Indian time" everywhere. I told our economy boss about it and she loved the idea - and have in turn spread it to her riding instructor - that in turn have written about it in a newspaper. Very cool!

Big hug; Hanna.
