Coaching experience
Mads H. Bonke has been Coaching since 2003 and have had two Mentor Coaches both during a period of 12 months each. Mads H. Bonke has over 1.500 hours of Coaching experience.

Mads H. Bonke has studied Coaching at the International Coach School CTI; Coach Training Institute. CTI is the first and the largest Coaching institute in the world. Mads has also studied Coaching at the ID University.

Furthermore Mads has completed the one year long CTI Leadership course in Barcelona.

Mads H. Bonke is a CPCC; Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a PCC; Professional Certified Coach at ICF; International Coach Federation.

 

Former work experience
Mads H. Bonke has worked in the advertising- and Internet business during 14 years. Originally schooled as a graphic designer, and moved from there to an Interactive designer, project manager, key account manager and in the end CEO and partner in a bigger Internet cooperation. 
 

Motivation with Coaching:
The driving force with Coaching for me is to experience the change people go through from apathy and "barely surviving" - to being alive, full of dreams and ambition.The heart and the passion in a human being is my absolute driving force - to experience the magical transformation that can take place.
