The clear advantage with telephone Coaching is that both the Coach and the client do not spend time traveling and does not have to rely on living in the same geographic area. Telephone Coaching has other advantages; the words and tone of voice becomes much more clear in the telephone. You are not distracted by body language and facial expressions. Telephone Coaching can also be used if a sudden problem arises that needs solving here and now. Often it does take time to schedule a new meeting; while a telephone session is something that can be handled much faster.
