The structure

Our three months structure is designed in order to work on major challenges and to get on the right track. The 90 days is enough time to create major changes and are at the same time a short enough period of time that you can relate to.

The Coaching process

The process stretches over a period of three months in order to achieve the best result. 

 

Intro questions
When you have chosen to get a Coach you will receive the intro questions, along with an introduction to the common guidelines between you and your Coach.

You will also receive your username and password to log onto the "Client Login"; here you will find the intro questions that will kick off the thought process - and at the same time will give your Coach the necessary background information about you.
 

Intro workshop
To kick off the coaching process and to learn some basic offensive methods, to set goals and to make an action plan for the 90 days of Coaching. We start off the coaching with all new clients by having the Intro workshop.
 

The Intro workshop is personal - only you and your Coach are present. The Intro workshop takes three hours. 
 

Preparation
Before every Coaching session you must fill out the preparation questions. These questions are in place to prepare both you and your Coach for the session.
 

The preparation questions must be filled out 24 hours before every session.
 

The Coaching
This is where it all happens. Usually we meet for 60 minutes, this can be in person or on the phone.

1st month of evaluation
After the first month of coaching we evaluate how we work together and have chance to give feedback and enhance the dialogue even more. We go through the goals and action plans yet again to improve focus.
 

3rd month of evaluation
After the third month of coaching it is time evaluate the whole process. What goals were achieved? What have you learned about yourself and about setting goals for yourself?
 

In the end we look into the future and together we create an action plan for the next 9 months - which enables you to continue to work focused on your own. Do you wish to continue the coaching, then there must be at least a one month break before a new coaching period can start. This ensures that that the client is still independent.
